About the event
What Separates Good Leaders from Great Ones?
Strong teams don’t happen by accident. They’re built through leadership, communication, accountability, and consistency over time.
On June 12, CCAZ, in partnership with the Arizona Masonry Council, is hosting MY WAY with Michael Crain of Predictive Wins, a leadership-focused session designed specifically for professionals in the construction industry. This course is built around five core principles: Vision, Purpose, Reality, Grit, and Tools, and focuses on the everyday challenges leaders face both in the field and in the office.
From improving communication and team alignment to handling pressure, building trust, and creating stronger systems, this session is designed to give attendees practical ideas they can actually use. The conversation will focus on what separates average teams from high-performing ones and how stronger leadership impacts safety, culture, performance, and long-term success.
Whether you’re leading crews, managing projects, running operations, or looking to grow into…
