August Masonry Exposure

August was a busy month for workforce outreach. Ryan Gray connected with more than 180 students through visits to Snowflake High School and Saguaro High School, giving students hands-on exposure to masonry and the skilled trades.

At Snowflake, 130 students participated in a pizza oven build, while another 50 students at Saguaro took part in masonry activities alongside Central Arizona apprentices.

These opportunities continue to give students a closer look at the trade while creating stronger connections between schools, apprentices, and the industry.

Ryan also joined AMC members at the Annual Member Meeting as workforce development efforts continue heading into the fall.
