Introduction, Finding Your Leadership Voice Learning Objective: Provide a general baseline on leadership topics. Discuss leadership styles and what makes effective leaders in each of the different styles. Other topics include emotional intelligence, authenticity and communication.

Influence Learning Objective: Understand the six influence principles and their applications for leaders.

Focus for Leaders Based on “Leadership By Design, Fundamental Skills for Creating and Managing Value” Learning Objective: Understand and discuss the seven key areas leaders should focus on for businesses

Strategic Planning and Cascading Strategy Through Organizations Learning Objective: Understand the role and process strategic planning plays for organizations and how to align organizations around a strategy

Failure Demand Learning Objective: Understand what failure demand is and how it can be spotted within organizations. Also strategies for resolving failure demand.

Complexity and Complex Adaptive Systems Learning Objective: Understand the domains and strategies for dealing with complexity based on the Cynefin Framework. Also how to identify when groups are operating in the wrong complexity domain.
